Shipping Policy:
Dune Collection ships exclusively to the United States. We offer both standard and express delivery options, with complimentary shipping available for qualifying order totals.
Shipping Options & Rates:
Standard shipping is available at a flat rate of $10 USD, or free on all orders over $150 USD. Standard delivery takes approximately 7–14 business days from the date of shipment.
Express shipping is available for a flat rate of $20 USD, or free on all orders over $250 USD. Express delivery typically arrives within 2–4 business days from the shipping date.
Please note that customs duties or import taxes are not included in our shipping fees or your order total. These may be charged separately by U.S. Customs based on your shipment value and are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Processing Times:
All orders require 1–2 business days to be processed before being shipped. During non-sale periods, you can expect to receive a tracking number and confirmation of shipment within this timeframe. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Please ensure that your shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Dune Collection is not liable for incorrect addresses submitted by the customer. We do not offer refunds or replacements for orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error.
Dispatch & Delivery Responsibility:
Once your order has left our warehouse, Dune Collection is not responsible for any delays, lost packages, or issues related to theft or delivery errors. If you experience problems with your delivery, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number for assistance.
Order Cancellations:
Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately. Please understand that we may not be able to cancel or change an order once it has been confirmed. If the order has already been shipped or is in transit, we are unable to facilitate any cancellations or modifications.
Tracking Your Order:
All Dune Collection orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking number in your dispatch confirmation email once your order has been processed. To track your order, copy and paste the tracking number into the carrier’s tracking portal or the link provided in your email. For further help with tracking, feel free to contact us with your order number and tracking details.
Sale Periods:
During high-volume sale periods, please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. Due to the fast-moving nature of these events, we are unable to modify or cancel orders once they are placed. If an incorrect item is ordered, we may not be able to change it before the shipment is picked up. Additional items must be ordered separately, and unwanted items will need to be returned in line with our return policy.
Incorrect or Missing Items:
If you receive an incorrect item or something is missing from your shipment, please contact us immediately at dunecollectiveco@gmail.com with a clear photo and your order number. Immediate notification is required, and any incorrect items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue promptly.
