RETURNS

Return Policy:
We get it — sometimes it just doesn’t work out. Whether it's a change of mind, the wrong size, or you're after a different style, we accept returns within 30 days of your order being shipped. We offer store credit or exchange only — refunds are not available unless the item is deemed faulty and cannot be replaced.

What Can Be Returned:
Returns are accepted for change of mind, sizing issues, and style adjustments. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in brand new condition with all original tags and packaging. Items that do not meet these requirements will be rejected and returned at your expense.

How to Organise a Return:
To organise a return, please email us at dunecollectiveco@gmail.com with your full name, order number, reason for return, and whether you'd prefer store credit or an exchange. Once your return is approved by our team, we will send you a returns form along with our return shipping address. Please do not send items back without prior approval. Make sure to include a note inside the parcel clearly stating your request. We recommend using a registered post service and keeping tracking information, as we are not responsible for lost return items.

Return Shipping Costs:
Return postage must be paid by the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels. We recommend using USPS First Class Package International or a similar tracked method, which typically costs around $20–$30 USD and takes 10–20 business days. You may choose any shipping method you prefer, but tracking is strongly advised, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Exchange Fees:
All exchanges will incur a $12 USD processing and shipping fee, which covers the cost of shipping your new item. This fee will be arranged via email once your return is approved. All exchanges are shipped via standard tracked shipping and typically arrive within 7–14 business days after dispatch.

Store Credit:
Store credit is issued as a digital gift card and is valid for 3 years from the date of issue. Gift cards are non-refundable once issued.

Sale and Promotional Items:
All sale items and items purchased with discount codes are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

Return to Sender Fees:
If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the package, you will be charged a $25+ USD return-to-sender fee. This covers the cost of the return and reshipment. You will also be responsible for any duties, taxes, or freight charges incurred.

Returns Timeline:
Please allow 2–3 business days from the time your return is received for us to process your store credit or exchange. You will receive a confirmation via email once it has been completed.

Faulty or Incorrect Items:
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or missing, please contact us at dunecollectiveco@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include a clear photo and your order number so we can assess the issue and provide a solution. Refunds will only be issued if the item is deemed faulty and cannot be replaced. Items with faults occurring more than 6 months after purchase will not be accepted.

Refunds (If Approved):
Refunds are rarely issued and only granted in cases where an item is faulty and cannot be replaced. If a refund is approved, it may be subject to a restocking and processing fee, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.
